Fitness has always been a big part of my life. For the first 19 years, it was mainly to improve myself athletically, but now I’ve transitioned to fitness to carry out a healthy lifestyle. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2015, helping with injuries, weight loss and overall health. After dealing with my own injuries, I’ve learned—through studying, shadowing physical therapist and practice—how to work around injuries and still get great results. I love working with our clients and strive to better myself and those around me every single day!
