The Most Useful Resource to Dieting You'll Ever Experience

Tired of Always Giving up on Diets Because you

Don't Know What to Eat?

For Years You've Been Trying to Lose Weight but Failure is at an All Time High. These are the reasons why...

I know this has happened to you and so many others like you. You get the motivation to go on a diet, you want to lose weight and get healthier. You decide to join a program, spend a bunch of money on it.

Then something comes up, vacations, work function, friends want to get together. You decide, I am going to do my best to stick to the program. You show up, all the food looks so good, you've missed eating the food. Before you know it, you ordered something that isn't a part of the program.

Next day comes around to pick back up on your diet. But you don't...you decide to go out and eat, or you're confused on what to eat next. Get in the car and go get some food at a drive thru. Your diet is all but over with and it's only been a week. You feel like a failure because you couldn't stick with it. You don't feel like you're good enough and this always happens to you.

Are you the failure, not good enough and lack the

self-discipline to diet???

Have you ever wondered, it isn't you. It's the systems you're taught.

They aren't working for you but against you. They aren't there to help you out. If they were, they wouldn't charge monthly fees.

These programs have you buy their food each month. Sign up each month for their services to have access to their programs?

Time to get real here, 80% of people on programs like these that lose weight will put it back on. These diets have one thing in common, to show quick wins so you spread your success to others. We have either said it ourselves or heard it from others. I lost 15lbs in a two weeks.

When you aren't success on these diets, it all comes back down to.

  • I am not good enough.
  • I don't have the self-discipline.
  • I always fail at these diets.

Do you ever question why the diet didn't work for you? What might have been wrong with the diet?

The question you should be asking is, "what's working long term, not the short term".

We focus on the short term but don't look at what the long term results are. It's why 37% of Americans eat at fast food on a daily basis. The average American eats fast food 1-3 days a week. We're told not to eat at fast food by these diets, or with very limited options.

When you drive by a Fast Food place, look at the drive thru, they are busier than ever. People are looking for ease, to make a decision for themselves.

Problem is what is actually good you could make a decision on? Not fast food, that's bad stay away from there. It's all processed and made with chemicals. Um...what about Medifast meals, or Atkins frozen meals? Are they all organic and raised in someone's back yard....NO!

Do you know what is in all the food you're eating at home or that restaurant? The difference is small between those frozen pizzas, deli food at your grocery store. Even when eating at a restaurant.

If You Can Learn to Eat at Fast Food, How to Make the Best Choices You'll BE Successful.

Think about going to Starbucks and not knowing only one good thing to get there. You'll actually know what kinds of foods to eat, what kind of drinks and how to combine foods to be healthier. It isn't something you have to look up, you know how to do it.

You've Worked a Long Day, Took Care of Kids All Day: What's for Dinner???

The dreaded question we all get when it gets close to the end of the day. Dinner, the most difficult one to decide on for so many. Frustrated because you've been making decision all day long.

You're told meal prep. What happens when you can't stomach eating that food tonight. Kids won't eat it. Your spouse doesn't want to eat it. You didn't do it.

Now you're hungry...Making the easiest decision is, go through drive thru and grab something. You can always find something the whole family can eat, simple easy and solves a problem you don't want to deal with.

You can order through Door Dash or Uber Eats and not even have to leave the house and the food will be at your door.

The alternative is, cook food, go to the grocery store because you forgot that one part to make dinner. The food gets burnt or overcooked, you're upset and now wishing you had done something simpler.

If you ordered Fast Food, you could have solved so many of the struggles we all face. Making everyone happy and getting dinner on the table. The problems still come up again, this food isn't healthy, it's full of sodium, it's not good for me.

The average amount of sodium at Fast Food is 1300mg, most would guess it higher than this. If we look at restaurants this number can be double or more.

  • Applebee's Classic Combo Appetizer has 6,160mg sodium.
  • Chili's Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tenders has 4,770mg sodium.
  • Olive Garden's Chicken Parmigiana has 2,980mg sodium

The reason why we see Fast Food as bad is because we're told by some guru that it's bad. The reality of it is, all food has the potential to be bad, but also all food has some good to it.

Let's Make a Good Choice, Order a Salad When You Get Fast Food.

Here is where we get confused by thinking we are eating well when we make a decision like eating a salad.

2 cups of salad mix is only 20 calories, the rest of the calories comes from everything else.

Bacon, Egg yolks, blue cheese crumbles, cheese, crispy chicken, dressing are all primarily fat. Upward of 70 Grams of fat or 630 Calories!!

Salads are easy to be out of balance, making it harder to lose weight and keep the weight off.

Fast Food Has Always Been Off Limits.

Until Now it Isn't Off Limits.

Working in the weight loss industry since 2007 it has always been a struggle see the foods that are off limits. These diets, focus on restriction, don't eat this, don't eat that. In reality most Americans are eating at fast food on a weekly basis. The fast food industry is struggling to keep up with all the people eating.

Taco Bell is working on a 4-5 lane drive thru to keep up with the increase in people eating out. While the diet industry is saying stay away from it even more. This is not setting you up for success, it is setting you up for failure. It's why the diet industry needs to change. Stop restricting and start actually teaching how to eat at fast food.

This is Why the Diet Industry Needs to Change!!

The average American adult tries about 126 different diets in their lifetime. Those on diets last about six months and even less the more restrictive the diet is.

If restrictive diets keep failing people upwards of 126 times in their lifetime. Why would you keep looking at starting restrictive diets?
