Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine. But, after becoming a mom I found myself struggling with the physical and mental demands that parenthood had recently brought into my life. I started my personal training journey by becoming a client at My Path Wellness myself. I needed accountability and a support system to get back on track to taking care of myself. After personally experiencing the many benefits of maintaining a physically active lifestyle, I wanted to learn as much as I could about this field and help others get closer to achieving their goals and feeling their best!
