3 words.

Seemingly innocent and maybe even meaningless.

But these 3 words have robbed people of their goals, dreams, health, and even their lives over and over and over again.

Perhaps those 3 words are doing a number on you right now.

“I would workout, but my kids’ schedules are just so busy right now.”

“I would eat healthy, but I’m just so tired after work and fast food seems like the only option.”

There are a million different versions of “I would, but…”

And we are all guilty of using this phrase…including me at times!

The reason I wanted to share this with you today is because now that I’ve called it out, you’re going to hear it when it comes up for you.

You won’t be able to say it and BELIEVE it anymore.

And that’s the first step toward choosing and behaving differently, in ways that are more aligned with your goals and the person you want to be.

If you’re open to it, I’d love for you to reply and let me know the most common “I would, but” topic that comes up for you. Together, we can create a new phrase that empowers you to step further into the person you want to become. <3
