Here is our suggested of Subway Nutrition Facts subs and salads to eat at Subway. Also for the subs we suggest that you either choose for bread the Wheat or the 9-Grain Honey Oat. We will also have at the bottom the list of condiments, use these sparingly as they are what add calories up quickly.  Usually we will suggest to pick one and maybe two of the sauces to help. With the Breakfast sandwiches, order them with Egg Whites.  Doing so will make these the most balanced meals that Subway offers.
