As a personal trainer I get asked a lot of times by clients what are some good foods to eat. So I wanted to put together some client approved foods that people liked that are easy to go to. These are foods that you can eat on the run and don’t have to worry if they are balanced or not. So here are a few of these, let me know what you think.
Lenny & Larry’s Complete chocolate chip cookie
Lenny & Larry make a few different cookies but this one hits the mark and is one of the best ones to choose. You don’t need to add anything to make this well balance other than maybe a glass of water.
These pretzels are the best out on the market. Having them with a glass of milk, or even with a little bit of jerky makes this extremely well balanced.
Best if refrigerated and shaken well. Even works really well with a piece of fruit, like a apple or a banana.
This one is a favorite of clients that like something salty and sweet.
This cereal is actually really good, and it is balanced with 1% milk.
