So today while we were in group class, we were talking about this new item at the grocery store.  It’s called PB2 Powdered Peanut butter.

At first you might be asking yourself, why would they make powdered peanut butter?  Well peanut butter is about 75% fat. So when they make it into a powder form, you get the protein from the peanut butter without the high amounts of fats.

As I was thinking about this, what could you eat it with, it says to mix it with water but that tastes like garbage.  So how else can you eat it.  Usually mixing it in with a smoothie is going to be the quickest answer to that. But what else can you do? I was thinking if you take Jam about 1-2 Tablespoons of Jam and mix it in a bowl with the powdered peanut butter.  Could you spread it on to bread and make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? So I wanted to ask you all out there that have this, try it out and let me know what you think.  I will do the same and see how it works out.
